Holy Crud, It's A Flood!

Your garden needs a little rain every once in a while in this hot, dry Mississippi weather.  Sometimes you get more than you bargained for. When heavy rains hit central Mississippi an unprepared home can stand little chance.  For this reason SERVPRO of Jackson & Madison County advise you to stay ahead of the game by preparing yourself and your home.

Check Roof:  Look for missing shingles.  Also look for sagging and aging.  This will help prevent leaks in your home.

Check Gutters:  Make sure gutters are clear of debris.  This will help prevent them from clogging.

Sump Pump:  If you have one, make sure it is properly working, and that you have a battery back-up in case of a loss of power.

Outdoor Equipment:  Cover the grill and bring in lawn and patio furniture.
