Moisture = Mold

At this home, the hot water heater had flooded a few times.  When the customer called SERVPRO of Jackson, we responded quickly to this water loss.  Once our team started looking around and beginning to scope out this job, there was some microbial growth noted.  Since this hot water heater has leaked multiple times and the walls and flooring were not dried out completely, microbial growth began.  Mold cleanup began in this private residence. The flooring was removed in this area and antimicrobial was used to treat the growth. The processes and procedures were strictly followed and the customer was happy at the end result.  They were thankful the SERVPRO of Jackson team took care of the family by finding the microbial growth.
